Free Intro to MTB Lessons

Head for the Hills hosts free Introduction to Mountain Bike lessons for beginners so you can have a go at mountain biking and learn all the basics in one session. You will have the opportunity to ride on gravel roads and wide, gentle trails while learning about bike setup, posture and basic control skills.

The sessions are available to a range of age groups and are delivered in locations both North and South of Adelaide’s CBD.
