Head for the Hills runs free Introduction to Mountain Biking lessons for absolute beginners. We will teach you the basics, like bike setup, posture, gears and braking while riding on gravel roads and wide, gentle trails.
The sessions are available to a range of age groups and are delivered in locations both North and South of Adelaide’s CBD.
